Who is this course NOT for?

This course is not for someone who has never crocheted before! For this course to be effective, you will need to be comfortable working basic crochet stitches. However, if you decide to learn crochet and familiarizing yourself with the basics, you will be ready to learn plaid.

"I’ve only been crocheting for five years and am always looking to expand my skill set, so when I saw Bethany from Whistle & Ivy was offering a course on how to do plaid pieces, I jumped at the chance to take her class. Not only have I finished my second plaid hat (and already sold it to a friend), but I acquired other tips and tricks from Bethany’s informative videos. Bethany doesn’t spend time trying to promote products or herself; she offers clear video teaching. I love that she’s not wasting my time babbling about her yarn or crochet hooks. She’s got a great demeanor and is knowledgeable about the art of crochet.

And I was even more excited to receive her two plaid pattern ebooks for free through the course. My favorite thing about the course was the individual help Bethany was able to offer me (and other students) through a private Facebook group. Within hours, questions were answered by Bethany. It’s also a place for people to show off their plaid creations as we cheer each other on.

This course came at the perfect time to use my new skills to make Christmas presents as well as orders for customers. I now say, “plaid is my favorite color!”
